Over 2 decades of experience in Manufacturing, Hospitality, FMCG and Med Tech sectors. Has Demonstrated success over varied HR role including IR function.
Developing HR strategy aligned with business plans, building high performance culture and teams, Leadership coaching, Executive relationships and succession planning are his interest areas, professionally. Strongly believe that human potential is the biggest force that any team or organization can have, much more than Capital or Tech.
Currently, setting up Melior’s team and institutionalising its founding principles are on his agenda.

Post Business graduation, worked for years in Marketing for multiple industries, ventured to explore the recruitment side, as she felt there is value to be created for Industry and Talent. In the past two years have created the melior brand, helped many organisations by hiring the right talent which fit competently and culturally.
Likes to interact with candidates and understand their expectation, support and train the team towards excellence.
